Marketing Assistant
Job Description
Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® is seeking a highly motivated and energetic part-time assistant for their Marketing Department. The individual must be organized, creative, and a self-starter with strong communication skills (verbal and written). Candidate must be proficient on a Mac platform and in the use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Experience using social networking in a business setting is preferred. The position will be best suited for an individual that can multi-task, have great attention to detail, embrace innovation, and possess the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to recognize, develop and execute marketing solutions.
- Assist in developing a strong social networking presence with existing platforms for company and agent promotion.
- Contribute written content for our blog, accompanied by creative graphics and video.
- Have a passion for innovation and assist in identifying marketing opportunities and online marketing strategies in our evolving market.
- Assist Marketing Director in delivering presentations about new marketing information and tools to agents.
- Collaborate with web developers to continually revise, advance, and monitor online marketing efforts.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing website traffic using Google Analytics.
- Organize, create, and submit agent advertising in various print publications.
- Execute general accounting practices for department.
Desired Qualifications
- Creative thinking and problem solving ability
- Proficiency in the use of Photoshop and InDesign
- Photography and videography experience/skills
- Web site design knowledge and skills and user experience design
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience using social networking
- Experience with general accounting practices
