Toys for Tots
Through the gift of a new toy, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation provides joy and hope to disadvantaged children who might otherwise be overlooked during the holidays. Every December our company provides support for this cause by providing a toy drop-off location in our Blacksburg office. If you would like to provide a gift to be distributed to children in our area, please drop your gift by our office during the month of December between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Meals On Wheels
The Meals On Wheels Association of America is the oldest and largest organization in the United States representing those who provide meal services to seniors and others in need. Many of our agents are actively involved in this program, delivering meals to ensure the provision of quality nutrition to seniors in need. New River Valley Triathlon
Coldwell Banker Townside, REALTORS® is a proud sponsor of the first annual New River Valley Triathlon. Proceeds from the triathlon will benefit The Mental Health Association of the New River Valley

Coats For Kids Foundation
Through the months of October and November our Blacksburg office collects new coats, gloves, and hats to be distributed through the Coats for Kids Foundation.
