Pat’s knowledge of real estate comes from eight years of practice in helping people buy and sell homes, land, and student condos. A former teacher, Pat sees her role as helping her clients understand the process of purchasing or selling property and as educating them about the current real estate market so that they can make the best decisions for themselves. Since moving to the New River Valley 23 years ago, she has remodeled one house and designed and built another from scratch; her husband Bob, a Geosciences professor at Virginia Tech, patiently puts up with all the hassle. In her spare time, Pat loves to garden, weave, sew and knit. She loves making things: new kitchens, porches, gardens, cloth – and especially, productive relationships with clients.
