Nancy has been a REALTOR® with Townside for 19 years. A native of Atlanta, GA, Nancy received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Randolph-Macon Woman's College and later her Master's degree from Virginia Tech. In 1997, she became a Class A contractor and partnered up with Jerry Christian to open their own business, Legacy Builders NRV, Inc. Beyond designing and building custom homes, Nancy offers much insight into new construction as well as to existing lots and homes.
