SOLD!!!!  That is by far my favorite word, my mantra, my mission in my work as a REALTOR. Whether I am working with sellers or buyers this is the equivalent of a touch down or home run. I have been in sales and marketing with over thirty years of experience in the commercial world. That process is quite similar with the exception that the customer in a real estate transaction is a more personal, intimate adventure. I have been in real estate for six years and bring a wide range of ideas to you as your REALTOR® as well as a keen insight about your needs as a buyer or seller. For the last five of those years I have won awards for sales production. Additionally, I have earned designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Cartus Network Marketing Specialist (CNMS), Cartus Network Referral Specialist (CNRS), and Cartus Network Affinity Specialist (CNAS). Cartus is the world's largest relocation network meaning that I am able to help you, your friends, neighbors, business associates, and acquaintances work with a qualified Relocation office anywhere in the US, Canada, and the UK. As a resident of the New River Valley for over 20 years, I am very familiar with the area as well as the amenities it can provide to a purchaser and selling points for a seller.

My wife and I live in Christiansburg and we have three grown boys who have families of their own. Yes, we do spoil the grand kids and give ‘em back! That really is fun! Our extended family is in Rhode Island, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey, and North Carolina. My wife and I enjoy picnics on the Blue Ridge Parkway and live music…jazz, blues, blue grass, oldies, big bands and more.
